Struggling with ADHD?
You’re Not Alone — And You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone Either
Living with ADHD as an adult can feel like a constant battle to keep up with life’s demands.
If you’ve ever said:
“Why can’t I just do the things I know I need to do?”
“I feel overwhelmed, disorganized, and constantly behind.”
“No matter how hard I try, I can't stay consistent.”
“I have big goals, but I don’t know where to start — or how to finish.”
“I’m always busy but rarely feel productive.”

Testimonials
Thank you for all the helpful coaching this year. It has really help me turn my life and my business around. I couldn't ask for a more experienced or more caring coach.

Gina’s style is compassionate but tough. There is no judgement, and it’s clear that Gina has put in a lot of hard work to get where she is today and her spirit is infectious. I really wanted to stick with my plan because she made me believe I could do it and it was laid out so well that it was doable.
Tracie M.
Gina helped me build a strong foundation for my new business. I have a marketing plan and goals set for my first year. She also provided accountability sessions to ensure I am on the right track.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What should I expect in my first ADHD coaching session? In your first ADHD coaching session, you can expect a comprehensive and personalized experience designed to understand and address your specific needs. The session will typically begin with an in-depth discussion about your background, challenges, and goals. I want you to feel safe to discuss whatever is on your mind. This a judgement free zone.
-
Is ADHD coaching covered by insurance? At this time, ADHD coaching is not covered by insurance. Coaching is considered an educational and personal development service rather than a medical or mental health treatment. Because of that, health insurance companies typically do not reimburse coaching fees. However, many clients are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to cover ADHD coaching, depending on their provider’s guidelines. It’s always a good idea to check directly with your plan administrator to see if this applies to you.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?Coaching focuses on helping you move forward by setting goals, building skills, and creating strategies for success in the present and future. It’s action-oriented and designed to support growth, accountability, and confidence. Therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing, and is typically used to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Both can be incredibly valuable, but they serve different purposes. Coaching is ideal if you’re ready to take action and make changes in your life.
-
Do I have to be diagnosed with ADHD to be coached? No diagnosis is needed. Many of my clients either suspect they have ADHD or face similar challenges like procrastination, time management, impulsivity, or emotional sensitivity. If you're exploring a diagnosis, I can help you prepare—especially important for women and girls, who are often overlooked.
-
What can I expect from ADHD Coaching?Coaching is collaborative, goal-focused, and designed to help you create real change. I guide the process, but you're in the driver’s seat. Each session includes: Accountability where needed to help keep you moving forward Personalized strategies based on your goals and challenges and what will work for your brain. Action steps you’ll try between sessions, with time to reflect and adjust as we go It’s all about building momentum, clarity, and confidence—your way.

What tools or systems do you use in ADHD coaching? In ADHD coaching, I use a mix of practical systems and simple tools to help you stay focused, organized, and consistent. Rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all plan, we’ll find the best ADHD productivity tools that actually fit your brain and lifestyle. This might include digital calendars and task apps for scheduling, visual reminders and habit trackers for accountability, or paper-based systems like brain dumps, checklists, and weekly planning sheets. We’ll also work on building supportive routines, setting up “body doubling” or accountability structures, and creating systems to reduce decision fatigue. The goal is to make your tools feel effortless—so they work with you, not against you. Over time, you’ll have a personalized toolkit designed to make life easier, more productive, and less overwhelming and you will know how to build a habit to use these tools.

Do you offer virtual ADHD coaching?Yes! I offer virtual ADHD coaching so you can get support no matter where you’re located. As an online ADHD coach, I work with clients over Google Meets (or phone, if you prefer), making it easy to fit coaching into your busy schedule without the hassle of travel. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person coaching—you’ll still get personalized strategies, accountability, and tools to help you manage time, stay organized, and build habits that stick. Many clients actually prefer online ADHD coaching because it’s more flexible, comfortable, and accessible from anywhere.
