  • Do I have to be diagnosed with ADHD to be coached?
    No diagnosis is needed. Many of my clients either suspect they have ADHD or face similar challenges like procrastination, time management, impulsivity, or emotional sensitivity. If you're exploring a diagnosis, I can help you prepare—especially important for women and girls, who are often overlooked.

    Coaching is collaborative, goal-focused, and designed to help you create real change. I guide the process, but you're in the driver’s seat.
